Topics covered, but are not limited to:
- Your mind is THAT powerful. Learn how your thoughts, words and feelings really do create your reality and how you can turn around those thoughts that are sabotaging you. You do have the power!
- Why listen to the lower mind (disempowering thoughts that feel limited, fearful, anxious, lacking....) when you can listen to the higher mind (empowering thoughts that feel uplifting, optimistic, confident, purposeful?) Learn what to do when the thoughts take up residence in your head. How can we choose again to quickly lift ourselves off of a slippery slope?
- Don't be fooled! Happiness is never in the future! Nothing you get, have or become in the future will make you happier. How do we find happiness in the present moment?
- How about this? You ALREADY are worthy!! Social media, hardships, disappointment, things you consider a failure may make you think otherwise, but your worthiness can never be altered!
- Is there a power greater than yourself that you can trust in 100%? It's very liberating and reassuring to know that this is so.
- Being able to still our minds through meditating is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves. Each class will wrap up with a mediation.
